In association with Hanna Barbera Productions and animations, this series is a memorable show to begin with. There was television animation before the Hanna-Barbera studio got into the act, prime examples being Crusader Rabbit and Winky Dink. But it was Hanna-Barbera that turned TV animation into an industry. Their first half-hour show ” the first half-hour animated show to succeed in the TV market ” was Huckleberry Hound, which debuted in syndication on October 2, 1958. The series featured two mices Pixe and Dixie, who are the bestest friends untill the end. The two try to live there life from not being hurt, harm or destroyed from a cat named Mr. Jinks, who hates "mecess to pieces". The series is more related and conflicted to Tom & Jerry. But very different, it's real funny and usually warm touching.
