Uncle Martin comes back to earth, this time having his nephew Andy & dog Okie. They stay @ Tim's house & Tim now has a niece named Katie. Of course their nosey neighbor, Officer Brennan (or as Loralei calls him "poopsie") would always try to expose who they really are & would end up falling down right into the rain barrel!
