Following on from Escape to River Cottage, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall begins his second year as a smallholder in west Dorset. With a year of experience as a small holder behind him, Hugh adds cattle to the River Cottage livestock and launches the commercial venture: The River Cottage Glutton.
