In the second part of the two-part season finale, the team continues to infiltrate the drug-smuggling ring run by two brothers in order to corner a terrorist looking to bring dirty bomb parts into the country. But the two sides of the case conflict with one another, forcing Carter and his team to choose sides. Meanwhile, Alex is offered a promotion in Miami, and Ty continues to struggle over his divorce.
