Secret must stop a subatomic particle named Quark from destroying national landmarks around the country. Quark gets into Secret's head and causes him to get locked up in the psycho wing of the county jail. Secret now has to find a way out of the ward to stop Quark before he destroys the Kansas concrete reservoir and floods the whole country.
