Ariel and Joe have decided to hold their wedding at the Four Seasons hotel in Santa Barbara, CA. The bride will be adorned in approximately 20 carats of heirloom diamonds that date back to the late 1800s, as well as a 50 carat necklace-and-earring set from famed celebrity jeweler, Neil Lane. Ten thousand Ecuadorian roses will be used throughout the ceremony and reception, along with eight-foot-tall centerpieces featuring imported roses, peonies and hydrangeas placed atop crystal vases. But nothing can quite top the wedding cake – a seven-foot-tall Sylvia Weinstock custom creation being flown in from New York the night before the wedding!
