Nick Knatterton is having a movie night, but the film leaves him cold. When a pair of trousers flies out the window, even Knatterton has had too much. On the way home he has his eye, as always, on everything. Suddenly a pair of men's trousers actually fly out the window of a skyscraper and Knatterton is involved in a new criminal case.
