Then take out the orange pulp, being careful not to make a hole in the orange skin. Make some jelly (some orange juice can be added instead of all the water). Carefully pour the jelly into the orange skin halves, and let them set in the fridge. Cut the halves into segments.. Delicious! Use any colour jelly you like.
