It’s Christmas time in Sydney! It’s hot and seafood is on the barbecue. This is Bill’s family Christmas, Australianstyle with a little nod to tradition. Boxing Day is for relaxing after the flurry of Christmas and Bill puts together a picnic for friends by the harbour that reflects just that.
