As high school draws to a close, Haruka regrets that her long-held crush on fellow classmate Takayuki will never see fruition. Moved by her friend's devotion, the outgoing Mitsuki decides to take action and arranges for a clandestine meeting. Prompted to action, Haruka confesses her love at long last and the two become a couple. But what should be a dream come true quickly sours, as even the best of intentions cannot stand up to the emotions of the young at heart.
