In the hospital George and Nina are confronted by Adam, a bloodthirsty teenage vampire who is after one of Nina’s patients. Meanwhile a middle-class vampire, Richard, sent by the vampire aristocracy, propositions Mitchell to stay away from the Box Tunnel Twenty police investigation but he can’t leave George, Nina and Annie.
