Jon and Kate express their appreciation for how fortunate they are to have all their needs met, so this holiday season they want to give back to others who are not as fortunate. The whole family will take a journey to Memphis, Tenn. to visit the St. Jude Children's Hospital, where they will distribute holiday gifts to the patients. Jon and Kate hope that their children will not only learn the importance of helping others, but will also see just how gratifying it can be to give back.
