The first japanese episode. For unexplained reasons, the first two episodes of the Japanese series were edited into one for English language broadcast. Most material omitted related to the birth of Atlas, Astro's brother-nemesis. This made for a confusing situation for English-speaking viewers, as some of these events were alluded to in later episodes.
