Andrew Zimmern takes a Wild West tour of the Lone Star State. At the super sized Texas State Fair, Andrew samples some of the region's most outrageous edible creations including nitrogen frozen dessert, chocolate bacon and fried alligator. But for a taste that's really out of this world, Andrew gets a behind the scenes tour of the NASA kitchens and samples some authentic space food. Then it's off to the Mexican border to hunt an indigenous critter with a serious smell.
