"Kvarteret Skatan" was a swedish comedy-series depicting a few characters living in a fictional block called Skatan(the magpie) in an unnamed suburb of Stockholm. Here we meet characters such as Paul and Tord, Horny Gun, Gert and the talibans Conny and Britt.
