After the match, Tyson and DH Smith continue the beat down until Finlay makes the save. As Christian gets up Finlay hits him. He looks like he is going to hit him again but just leaves.
Helms is backstage with Finaly and asks can he explain what exactly happened out there and he says over three weeks ago in Los Angeles Tommy Dreamer and Christian didn't help him out.
Mark Henry W/Tony Atlas vs. Evan Bourne

after the match, Henry hits Bourne with the worlds strongest slam again.
Swagger is backstage with Helms; Helms asks how he feels about his opportunity tonight. Swagger then says what's the bigger joke Swagger having to earn a shot or Dreamer winning the ECW title. He says tonight he will win and get his title back soon.

Winner: Jack Swagger with the Oklahoma Roll.
After the match Finaly comes out and attacks Dreamer, after this Christian runs down and helps but then is attacked by Swagger, Swagger then turns around and hits Swagger over the head and lays out everyone then walks up the ramp.
