The chefs get a taste of Miami's fresh local seafood in the third episode of "Top Chef 3 Miami." Later, the chefs must impress special guest judge Alfred Portale (Chef at New York's Gotham Bar and Grill) and serve memorable meals to members of an Elks Club. They will quickly learn they must go-healthy or go home.
