In an attempt to teach Charlie responsibility, the powers-that-be in heaven send down three young angels for him to train. But instead of being a mentor, Charlie uses the gullible pups as his prsonal dogs-in-waiting. Which works out fine until Charlie is forced to rely on his untrained angels to help him foil another nefarious plot unleashed by Carface.
