When David has to write a report on "dogs," Charlie and Itchy work to inspire him by relating events of how helpful pooches have been for mankind down through the ages. When these stories fail to inspire David and he falls asleep - the dogs take it upon themselves to write the report themselves, an epic tale of the "dogfighters" of World War Two.
