Charlie is convinced that humans have an easier life than dogs. When he and Itchy are assigned a mission of delivering a lost briefcase, Charlie misuses the Miracle Tag to turn himself into a human. At first, Charlie and Itchy enjoy the benefits of Charlie's transformation, but Charlie's selfishness ultimately puts Itchy on a leash and lands Charlie in jail. Now Charlie wants to be human again, but how can he deliver the briefcase and reverse the Miracle Tag he locked up in jail.
