Charlie and Itchy are magically shrunk to mouse size to help some mice in danger of losing their home to pollution. They find out some of the toxic waste is coming from Carface's shop and must shut down an elaborate machine. Now tiny, Charlie experiences the dangers of trash and pollution first hand and learn that pollution hurts everyone, big and small.
