Charlie fancies himself the "Lyin' King," until he misuses a Miracle Dog Tag and lies to Anabelle about it. She puts a Pinocchio spell on him so that his nose will grow with each fib. Charlie tricks Itchy into lying for him --- but even that backfires, and Charlie has to deal with more than just a preposterous proboscis!
