Super Chicken's unknown-about cousin, Ralph, unexpectedly shows up in the city. Ralph tells him that someone put a spell on him that makes him hiccup non-stop. Super Chicken goes to his partner, Fred, for help but discovers that Fred also has the same hiccups. Soon, people all over the city are hiccuping madly. Super Chicken has to find out who's doing this, before he too becomes a target for wild hiccups!
