Popeye the Sailor Man sails into Mexico, where Olive Oyl is doing the Mexican hat dance in a local bar. Popeye enjoys the show, until Bluto comes in and clears the whole bar, except for Popeye. They compete, until Bluto brings in his gang. Popeye has his spinach, and holds them off, but in the confusion, Bluto sneaks upstairs to Olive's room where he has his way with her. Popeye, with his spinach, comes to the rescue, though in fact she was doing quite well.
