At 46° temperature, the four squads assemble on the grounds of Camp Windstorm. Commander Boesch addresses the men and welcomes Cade Courtley and George Ciganik to the competition. He then announces that the next match-up will be between Charlie and Delta.
Charlie and Delta face off in the Double Pit Cross Training Exercise. Both squads must race and use bridges to cross the water pit, swim to the dock on the other side with the 50° water temperature. Winning team gets 50 extra points towards mission. Delta wins in this Training Exercise.
