After being killed by a security guard during her assault on a cosmetics salesgirl, Norma Dean's corpse appears to age within a few hours after her death. Then, at a health spa where Norma worked, Nick and Schanke are telling manager Bernice Applebaum about Norma's death when Agnes, a regular at the club, inexplicably attacks and kills her trainer. When Natalie finds that Norma has been transformed into an old woman, Nick recalls a woman he knew almost two centuries ago who sought to become a vampire to stop her own aging. Learning that Norma's blood contained an unidentified virus that might be the cause of her mysterious aging, Nick turns to Janette who remembers how she stepped in to help Baroness Sophia after he refused to cooperate with her request for eternal life. Told that Agnes and Norma both attended Bernice's club regularly, Nick begins to suspect something supernatural about their crimes, especially after Norma's virus turns out to have been extinct for three hundred years. Meanwhile, as Nick and Natalie discover that Bernice is also aging rapidly, Agnes demands to see her own doctor, Dr. Jurgens, who, unknown to Nick, is really Baroness Sophia. After Agnes escapes with her guard having no recollection of her leaving, Nick uses hypnosis to find that she had been taken by Dr. Jurgens. Back at the spa, as Natalie secretly watches Dr. Jurgens prepare to treat Agnes, Nick returns to find Baroness Sophia using her own blood to bestow eternal youth upon the women while also making them dangerously unstable. Then, as Sophia grabs Natalie and threatens to inject her with the blood, Nick knocks the syringe away and saves his friend, while Schanke kills Agnes when she tries to defend her doctor. Finally, erasing Schanke's memory of the event, Nick comforts an aging Bernice over the loss of her youth.
