Star reporter Cappy's greatest desire is to write a tell-all exclusive on the Moligans for the next issue. He gets the chance when Starnose and his band opt to be interviewed in order to improve their reputations. Needless to say, it doesn't take long before the reporting session leads to all sorts of trouble.
