Chicago Enforcers 15 Las Vegas Outlaws 13
Mark Grieb found Yo Murphy with touchdown passes of 19 and 7 yards in the first half for Las Vegas, but the Outlaws were held scoreless in the final two quarters.
Charles Wiley scored on a 1-yard run in the third quarter as the Enforcers scored their first touchdown in six quarters. Andy Crossland added a 31-yard field goal to cut the Las Vegas lead to 13-9.
LeShon Johnson scored on a 2-yard run with 19 seconds left as Chicago beat Las Vegas 15-13 for their first victory of the year.
Johnson's touchdown capped an eight-play, 82-yard drive.
Kevin McDougal made his first start as quarterback for Chicago and completed 17 of 22 passes for 169 yards.
