The spies investigate a strange affliction where numerous talented teens (dancers, skateboarders, singers, etc.) mysteriously have lost their abilities. The spies trace the phenomenon to a talent camp, where teens go to further hone the skills. The spies go undercover and find that an evil and bitter villain is luring the teens to the camp with promises of talent scouts and national contracts. But the villain is really using a bizarre, elaborate machine to extract the talent from the teens so she can administer it to herself -- thus making her the most talented person in the world. Can the spies defeat the highly talented and elusive villain before they lose all of their own personal talents? In a b-story, the girls decide to throw their first big house party.
