It is Halloween night, and the Eds follow Eddy's brother's map to "Spook-E-Ville". Ed is dressed up as Lothar the Barbarian, Edd is dressed up as the bubonic plague, and Eddy is dressed up as a zombie version of Elvis Presley. Unfortunately, due to a combination of indigestion and too many horror movies, Ed's perceptions of reality are even more warped than normal (Edd did mention that watching the television for extended periods can induce a trance-like state, and re-wire a susceptible brain). To him, everybody except the Eds are hideous monsters: The Kanker sisters are witches, Jimmy is a space alien, Nazz is a Gorgon or Medusa, Sarah is a vampiress, Rolf is a cyclops ogre, Wilfred the Pig is a demon, Jonny is a giant spider, Kevin is the Headless Horseman and Plank is FrankenPlank (based on Frankenstein). Naturally, "Lothar the Barbarian" tries to protect his friends, with disastrous results.
