Elliot tells Calvin Hanley that he knows Elizabeth was seeing Leslie when she was murdered. Later, Calvin visits Leslie, who admits that Catherine wrote a letter to Martin Peyton that detailed Leslie's affair with Elizabeth. Paul attempts to persuade Constance into granting permission for Allison to attend the New York field trip, but she refuses. Elliot warns Connie that Paul is suspicious about what happened 18 years ago. After a visit from Leslie's attorney, Calvin collapses and dies.
