Penny gets above her station when filling in as registrar for the shift, upsetting Oliver in the process before coming back down to earth after a talk from Michael. Joseph, left with no choice, decides to invite Faye and Harry to spend Christmas with him, upsetting Jac after promising to spend Christmas with her. Faye makes a mysterious phone call.
