Welcome to the Echo Point guide at TV Tome. Echo Point was a (sadly) short-lived nightly drama serial set in the now-obligatory Aussie bayside community, which was the scene of a gruesome double murder a decade before. Daniel Blake, the prime suspect (and son of the millionaire victims), has returned to his home town to rebuild his life, but his presence casts a shadow over the lives of the Loman, Amadio, Brennan, and O'Connor families, all of whom will be in some way touched by his return. Badly scheduled by Network Ten programmers (up against established high-raters "Sale Of The Century" & "Home & Away"), Echo Point died an unneccesarily short death, but deserves much credit for introducing young actors such as Tom Long, Rose Byrne, and Louise Crawford.
