In order to keep the rugrats from playing in Chuckie's new playhouse, (which is too small to fit her), Angelica tells the rugrats that Chuckie's an alien from outer space and the playhouse is his rocket ship. After Chaz gives Chuckie a lecture about germs, Chuckie becomes a germ freak and refuses to touch anything for fear of accidentally coming into contact with a germ.
