In 'A mishap in the mist' a travelling scientist locks on to taz's family, she calls taz - 'brighteyes' and eventually starts living in their house. At first feeling sorry for her Jean (taz's mum) changes her mind when the scientist starts a fire in the living room using their furniture as fuel.
in 'Toothache taz' taz is suffering from a toothache but doesn't want to see the dentist. He decides to remove it himself with the help of the platypus brothers.
