Rocky, Bullwikle, Capt. Peachfuzz, and King Bushwick Thoid Thoid have approached the little island, where the great fortune telling Oogle Bird is being held hostage by Boris and Natasha. Rocky and Bullwinkle's attempted to capture the villains has them ending up in capturing themselves. All of the sudden, it looks like a boulder is coming tumbling down from the mountain. But it turns out that it wasn't a boulder at all, but another Oogle egg. The fortune in the egg askes Rocky and Bullwinkle to climb the top of the hill. Once at the top, Rocky and Bullwinkle find the oogle bird. Boris had a plan to stop them, but ends up trapped by being surrounded by his own landmines. Once our heroes return to the island of New Greenpernt, it ends up with Capt. Peachfuzz being the substitute wizard of New Greenpernt.
