After being slashed by Luthor, Superboy is brought to the universe of the scientist, who transported him. And a team of doctors, one of whom is Luthor is trying to save. He seeks out the help of the elder version of Superboy, who gives him some of his blood. When he wakes up he tries to attack Luthor, but the elder version of himself comes between them. Later when he recovers the two of them talk and the Superboy asks him how is it possible that the other version of himself which he saw only arrived on Earth recently and how he has been Earth a lot longer. The elder one tells that it's probably because of a space warp that they each arrived on Earth at different times. It also seems that the elder one is no longer needed because he has made the world a better place. The elder one is about to send him back to his own universe but he tells him that he has to save the younger one from being misused by Luthor. He agrees and sends him. He meets Lana who knows his secret and changes into Sup
