Speed Buggy is About three teenagers going by the names Tinker, Mark, and Debbie who rride in a talking car named Speed Buggy looking to solve mysteries or just trying to have a good adventure. These teens would always save the day, with the help of Speed Buggy of course. A few years after the show's cancellation, Speed Buggy and Tinker starred in Scooby's All Star Laff-A-Lympics!
