Vince McMahon comes out to the top of the ramp. Vince complains about Donald Trump and that Vince has to put up with a 15 person, three brand trade that Trump came up with, and he has to deal with Trump's guest host ideas. (I guess being the owner means you can't override the last guy) Vince has decided who tonight's guest host is: Batista! Batista comes out and heads to the ring and once there he announces a four man tournament to determine Randy Orton's challenger at Night of Champions: Miz vs John Cena, & MVP vs Triple H. After saying he didn't really want to be a guest host, Orton, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase come out. Orton says that Batista shouldn't have come back and what makes him think that the three of them won't come down there and finish tearing him apart. Batista says nothing, except that if Orton even looks at him the wrong way he will fire all three of them. Batista says the Vince gave him unlimited power and can make Orton's life a living nightmare. He won't make Orton defend his title, he does need to worry about the trade Trump made, Raw acquired five new superstars, but Orton will only take on three of them in a Gauntlet match, since Orton loves 3 on 1 fights it's time for Orton to be on the receiving end.
Match #1: Night of Champions tournament: Triple H vs MVP. Triple H pins MVP.
Match #2 for the Unified Tag Team Championship: Carlito & Primo Colon vs Chris Jericho & Edge. Edge pins Carlito.
Legacy is complaining about Batista when Batista come in and days that if Rhodes or DiBiase interfere in the gauntlet, he will fire them.
Match #3: Night of Champions tournament: John Cena vs The Miz Cena wins via submission.
Orton is pacing when DiBiase tells him that Orton just needs to survive tonight and next week his dad, the Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase will be next week's guest host. Orton wants to know how that helps him tonight.
Match #4 Fatal Four Way for the #1 Contender to the Diva's Championship: Kelly Kelly vs Mickie James vs Beth Phoenix vs Rosa Mendes. Maryse was at ringside for commentary. Mickie pins Rosa.
Match #5: Kofi Kingston vs The Big Show. No winner, double count out.
Match #6: Guantlet: Evan Bourse vs Randy Orton, Jack Swagger vs Randy Orton, Mark Henry vs Randy Orton. Orton pins Bourne, Orton beats Swagger via count out. (Swagger wouldn't get in the ring) Henry pins Orton.
