Rocky and Bullwinkle accidentally discover their secret formula and use it for lunar propulsion. The US Government quickly recruits them while Boris and Natasha plan to steal the valuable recipe. They then meet moonmen Gidney and Cloyd. Once they return back to Earth, they are fooled into a trap. They soon escape the deadly Pottsylvania. Whilst they are mountain-climbing the Grimalayas, they come across the moonmen. The moon men attempt to return back to their home. With the help of Rocky and Bullwinkle Gidney and Cloyd fail their citizenship tests and are deported back to the moon.
