An inheritation calls that Bullwinkle is to recieve an upsidaisium mine that is located in a mountain. It is made out of anti-gravity metal and can fly! Rocky and Bullwinkle fly the mountain to Washington. On the way they face danger as they pass ''Mojave Max'' and ''Death Valley Dotty''.
