Barbara and Ted find out that old friend Edna has recently died. They take a visit to her grieving husband Frank to pay their respects, finding he has taken up taxidermy as a hobby and has stuffed Edna! Ted is overjoyed when Linda buys him a shed for helping her out around the house, though Barbara is pushed out of the way for the shed which leaves her left to arrange their bonfire party alone. Meanwhile, Jean has recently found the delights of online shopping and unwittingly becomes addicted, forcing Clive to take drastic measures to avoid a large credit card bill.
The Bonfire Party goes off with a bang; Jean hides her online shopping from Clive in Ted's shed and Barbara finds out Doreen has been moonlighting as a lap dancer at the old peoples home.
