Dick Shawn stars as Joe Willoughby, a public relations man who first thinks that promoting a beauty contest will be a snap, until Cabbage Man, a representative from outer space, arrives and contends that he owns the right to the title and threatens to eliminate the earth unless he gets from satisfaction.
