Mina and Lita get into a big fight and are no longer friends. During a festival like party at a garden one of the quartet attacks a guy. Lita and Mina transform and both develop powers. Sailor Jupiter gets Oak Evolution(I know what your thinking. 'Isn't Jupiter's power always lightning? Yes. But her Japanese name means 'of the tree' so thats why she throws razor sharp leaves). And Venus gets Love and Beauty Shock, which she throws hearts(?). After Mini Moon and Moon defeat the remlus, Lita and Mina are friends again.
