Longtime bluegrass artist Larry Groce came to West Virginia's public radio network in the 1980s to front a series of broadcast concerts called Mountain Stage, featuring an assortment of blues and C&W artists. After great success, it was time for Mountain Stage to bring new order to television. Thus, on October 6, 2001 (though most PBS carriers waited until October 13), West Virginia Public Broadcasting and NETA launched the Mountain Stage television series. The programs have included an assortment of radio favorites and Grammy winners. There is no editor for this show. If you would like to be the editor look here for details.
