Welcome to the Explorers Unlimited guide at TV Tome. Ruth Kotila, then of the Bedford (Ohio) City Schools, hosted these field trips. After a short in-studio tease, Kotila looked through "The World Beyond the Window," and the filmed field trip began. After the field trip, Kotila looked in a small box to find a clue about the field trip in the next program. [b]Explorers Unlimited[.b] yielded 33 field trips over two seasons.
