Dr. Hochstein gives botox to Michelle, his marketing manager and ex-girlfriend, and performs a breat augmentation that brings out the party girl in one patient. Dr. Krau complains that Dr. Hochstein is hogging too much of their anesthesiologist's time, and Dr. Tiller loses his temper while performing a complex procedure. Meanwhile, Dr. Mendieta's wife goes to Bolivia to oversee the birth of a boy they hope to adopt.
