Welcome to the After Hours (1989) guide at TV Tome. There is no editor for this show. If you would like to be the editor look here for details. This entertainment magazine series aired on weekday evenings with an off-beat assortment of short features ranging from interviews with rock music stars to coverage of celebrity baseball games, to a report on a carwash with topless and/or nude attendants. The pacing was extremely fast, originating in a large control room from which viewers could watch the director move from one story to the next. The producers categorized this as "zapless TV" - with so many stories in each half hour that viewers would feel like the channel was being changed automatically.
