The day starts early, and Dog is excited. His second oldest daughter, Lyssa, is moving back to Hawaii after six years in Alaska. She now has a two-year-old daughter of her own, Abbie, a grandchild that Dog has never met. With warm hugs all around the Chapman's welcome back their kin, but remind Lyssa that everyone in the Chapman family helps out.After Dog does some vacuuming in the office, it's time to get down to business. The next fugitive on the docket is Wayne, who is facing theft charges. Dog gets Wayne's phone number and decides to use a ruse. He calls the young man to break the good (albeit fake) news that Wayne has won a brand new top of the line Kirby vacuum cleaner! Wayne is very excited. When he hangs up the phone, Dog and his team crack up laughing: they can't believe the ploy worked. But who will draw Wayne out with the delivery of the "vacuum"? He might recognize Dog, Beth or the crew. Then Beth is struck by inspiration: Lyssa can do it! They call her and she rushes to the office- time to help the family business.When Lyssa goes to the house a woman denies that Wayne is home, but Lyssa says she is convinced she saw him through a window. As they search the neighborhood and the sun sets, the chances of nabbing Wayne are dropping - but Dog's sixth sense tells him they'll find their man. And almost miraculously, they do find him, hiding in a neighbor's back yard garden patch. It's off to the police headquarters for Wayne.The next day, to celebrate the capture and Lyssa's return to Hawaii, the whole family heads to the beach. Lyssa hasn't touched the warm waves of the Pacific for six years and she's glad to be home.
