Matt does indeed have a drinking problem and everyone wants to know why he was kicked off of the team. Ashley starts to do poorly in school and while talking to Jake about Matt's problem, Kelly overhears. Kelly tells Brooke what she heard and soon everyone at school knows about Matt's drinking.
